The WTI Office is located at 98-10 64th Avenue. The phone number is (718) 897-5000. If you are a Shareholder, the people in the office work for you. If you are a renter, the office staff work for your landlord.

When you walk on our streets, be careful you don't step in the dog-poop that is usually on our sidewalks.

Do you know that Sid Caesaer, Imogene Coca and Gene Krupa lived here? Do you know who they are? Do you that Alexander Pope was only 4 ft 6 in, tall?

Do you know a good painter, contractor, apartment cleaner or baby sitter you can reccomend? We are going to start a directory that will include good and bad comments.

Do you have a digital camera? We want fotos of interesting or funny things around WTI. We want fotos of residents and cute kids.

If you are a Shareholder and want to run for the Board of Directors or help, send us your picture and a few sentences. We will include it in our next blogs.
